I'm Kate (Ecaterina) — a semi-permanent makeup artist based at Excel Marina, Royal Victoria Dock, with over 7 years of specialist experience helping clients across London feel more confident in their own skin. My practice is built on one simple belief: every treatment should be tailored to the individual — their skin tone, their features, and their personal vision of what "natural" means to them.
